Greenville and the rest of Hunt County. Pick your town for local notes.
Greenville is the county seat of Hunt County and the center of the area we cover for mobile home releveling and pier repair. The city and surrounding subdivisions include a mix of older single wides on private lots, newer HUD-code manufactured homes in dedicated communities, and country properties north and south of I-30.
Commerce sits in the northeastern part of Hunt County. The soil profile is similar to Greenville, and most of the manufactured home settling we see in Commerce comes from the same seasonal clay movement.
Quinlan is in the southern part of Hunt County near Lake Tawakoni. Homes in and around Quinlan include a heavy share of manufactured homes on rural lots, plus lake-adjacent properties where higher ground moisture can accelerate pier settling.
Caddo Mills is on the west side of Hunt County along I-30, roughly halfway between Greenville and the Dallas metro edge. The area has grown quickly, and both older manufactured homes and newer double wides are common on rural lots.
Lone Oak sits in the southern part of Hunt County. Most of what we see in the Lone Oak area is rural manufactured housing on private acreage, including a lot of homes that have been in place for a decade or more.
Campbell is a small community east of Greenville along I-30. The area is rural, and most of our calls in Campbell are on manufactured homes set on private lots off the main highway.
Wolfe City is in the northern part of Hunt County. Manufactured homes on family land are a large share of the housing here, and many have been in place for years without a leveling check.
